Finance Resilience

Course Description

Social work needs financial strength in order to succeed. The goal of the course is to grow the capacity of front line leaders to raise mission aligned capital. During this hands-on course we will explore the changing funding landscape (analysis and trends), resource development (prospecting and diversification), strategic finance (analysis, budgeting and capital assets), quality of engagement (communication and compliance) and leadership practice. It is our believe that by building the financial resilience of frontline leaders the realization of social justice and human rights related goals is accelerated.
