Carla was born and raised in a small city of Sao Paulo state. After high school she moved to Sao Paulo to study Psychology at University. Since she began her professional life, Carla has worked for huge multinacional companies in the Human Resource division. Over the last 6 years she had the opportunity to work in five different positions within HR.
Currently, she lives in Rio de Janeiro and is the founder of Vivências, a platform to support students to discover their own abilities and develop them to the market needs. Since her childhood she has always pursued different interests such as sports - she loves outdoor activities, Traveling – being in new environments, going out with friends - having a wonderful conversation and listening to music - she is very keen on samba and MPB.
