Santiago has diverse experience working in emerging markets with international organizations and social enterprises. Santiago is a Former Investment Associate for Latin America, LGT Venture Philanthropy and previously worked as Associate in I-DEV International’s Kenya office. I-DEV is a global strategy consulting and investment advisory firm specialized in emerging markets. Prior to joining I-DEV, Santiago worked for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) on a capacity building project for the Presidency of Colombia. He has also worked in multiple countries with Kiva.org, mostly in South East Asia and Latin America, advising on funding allocation and business training programs for local businesses.
Santiago holds an MIA at the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and a Masters in Strategic Management from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Madrid, Spain).
