*If you already have a full time job in São Paulo, the dedication time during the immersion phase is of 24 hours per week distributed during the evenings and weekends.

Over ten months, you will train at the depth and pace necessary to succeed in this field – the intensity is equivalent to a 2-year traditional master’s degree – while exploring a city with a thriving innovation and entrepreneurship culture.

The program is designed to equip you with knowledge and skills you need to create social impact. Important to the program is the process and practice of taking what you learn in the classroom and applying it to reality – the way adults actually learn. We also focus throughout on developing methods of resilience and renewal for some of the hardest work in the world.

Networking is central to the program. Not only do you join 25 individuals from diverse backgrounds around the world, you also connect with changemakers and leaders in the field. In addition to 10 faculty (all practitioners), there will be more than 20 guest speakers who are pioneering change around the world.
