Lana is a driven and self-motivated woman from South Africa who is passionate about education, leadership and youth development. She has completed her Bachelor of Science degree in both Human Physiology and Psychology as her major and she has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. This background in both the natural sciences and humanities has helped her merge both a passion for people and systems.She is the Coordinator of the Listen, Live & Learn Initiatives at Stellenbosch University that provides a unique residential and immersive experiential learning opportunity for the participants to promote diversity and engagement. She has invested her time into projects and programs like this in order to be equipped with a clearer understanding of how she is able to use the knowledge she has acquired to best impact organizations. Her skill set ranges from management to mediation and also includes diversity and multicultural education training and development.
