Izabella Neves de Morais

Izabella Neves (or Bella) is a passionate Brazilian innovator and emergent entrepreneur currently living in Berlin. She has more than 9 years of experience working with some of the largest financial corporations in Brazil, such as ITAU UNIBANCO Bank and B3 The Brazil Stock exchange. In her last position, she specialized in reshaping organizations through open innovation by generating new ventures between corporations and startups.

Beyond the corporate world, Bella has worked as a service designer and mentor at UN Global Compact and SDSN Amazonia. She also did internships with NGOs in India and China, at AIESEC Brazil - Belo Horizonte.

Bella is currently transitioning to become an innovation professional focused on social impact. Since March 2021, she has been working as an entrepreneur in residence at a fashion social business (sica-up.com) in Berlin. The company focuses on sustainably strengthening relationships with craftworkers in Bangladesh. She believes the Social Innovation Management program can help her develop more skills in this field.
