Florentine Versteeg-Vedana

A global citizen by nature, She lived in several countries and cities around the world and she is currently based on the beautiful Ilha de Santa Catarina, or Florianopolis, in the south of Brazil, with her husband and daugther. With a background in International Relations and Ethics, she has specialized in sustainability issues, social innovation, experiential and collaborative learning, intercultural exchange and entrepreneurship through her work at GRI, Impact Hub and CISV. She is currently working to start up a social impact hostel which will provide a more connected way of travelling. In the mean time she divide her working hours between working as a freelance translator, writing and offering courses and workshops about facilitation, creativity, intercultural awarenss and collaborative learning spaces.
