Adaptive Leadership
Course Description
Adaptive Leadership is a practical leadership framework, developed by Ron Heifitz and Marty Linsky, both Harvard Kennedy School professors, which is aimed at helping individuals and organizations adapt and thrive in changing and challenging environments.
It is not a typical leadership training but involves learning and discovering as part of the transformational journey, creating the capacity both individually and collectively, to catalyze and embrace the gradual and meaningful process of change.
The three-hour workshop will explore a few of the core concepts within the framework.
We have limited spots available for people outside of the core program at a cost of 3500Ksh. The instructor Saima Irtiza, currently oversees Acumen’s Fellowship program both in Pakistan and the East Africa region.
