Course Description
This course is about financial sustainability for projects that seek social impact. It is designed for people who have an idea and want to make it happen, social entrepreneurs who have an ongoing project or entrepreneurs who want to get into the social entrepreneurship world. By attending the course, attendees will receive tools, techniques, best practices and examples of current methodologies for sustainability. We will learn how to present our Value Proposition to different types of stakeholders in order to show strenghts and growth opportunities. We will reflect on what sustainability stands for and we will go through different types of funding. Moreover, we will develop social KPIs. Finally, business plans and funding strategies will be built based on class´ projects.
