Understanding how to build happiness in ourselves and others is an important trait for change agents. So how can we become happier? Modern science proves that happiness is highly trainable just like playing golf or the piano. In addition to learning about the latest findings on subjective wellbeing, this course involves a variety of exercises, including journaling, games, meditation, and film in order to train known happiness-enhancing qualities such as mindfulness, compassion, gratitude, self-efficacy, optimism, and so forth. Many past participants reported that the course changed the way they connect with others as well as themselves, the way they begin to perceive their circumstances around them, and the way they plan their future.
