Operating in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments, the William J. Clinton Foundation (WJCF) needed to equip their global teams to navigate these challenges effectively and drive lasting results.
WJCF engaged us to address their specific operational challenges of leadership, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration in VUCA conditions. We designed and delivered customized training workshops for their Digital Health and Coordinated Care teams, focusing on practical skills, fostering confidence, and improving open communication.
Our individualized approach has enabled WJCF teams to apply these skills in real-world scenarios, enhancing their effectiveness and adaptability in VUCA environments.

DHL identified a need for its leadership teams in the Middle East and Africa to have an enhanced understanding of, sense of ownership for, and contribution to the organization’s sustainability agenda.
They partnered with us to design and deliver a comprehensive 12-month learning program. We coached and mentored the teams, helping to develop and prototype projects aligned with DHL’s corporate citizenship programs.
The program fostered a deeper understanding of ESG and sustainability agendas, equipping leaders to make tangible contributions through their roles. It enhanced team interactions, improved employee engagement, and strengthened senior leadership’s capacity to advance corporate sustainability and positively impact their communities. A third cohort of the program is currently underway.
