Weaving Communities through Partnerships, introducing our new Community and Partnership Manager

Inspired by her personal experience as a Social Innovation Management Fellow in 2015, Milagro Pererya Iraola has over ten years in social innovation roles as a program manager and as co-founder of two social enterprises in Latin America.
From her experience as an Amani Institute alumnus and her recent Master in Digital Management, Milagro is joining Amani Institute to set the stage for a new era of weaving Communities through partnerships.
Effective August 2022, Milagro joins as the new Global Partnership and Community Manager, working closely with the Global team and Executive Council to evolve our existing Communities and find the right Partnerships for the new decade that awaits Amani Institute.
Milagro sees herself as a Community Weaver:

Connecting with this community has always been my source of inspiration…” Milagro mentions as she settles into the position. “I’m very excited to be able to take my learnings not only from my experience as an entrepreneur and my latest studies, but mainly from my experience as a Community Member, and apply it to find and create new ways for Fellows, Partners, Alumni, projects, and places to connect and develop meaningful relationships to grow our careers of impact, foster change, learn, and innovate.”
