Aida Merabet is the Founder of Power Harmony Solutions, a social enterprise which focuses on economic growth, particularly the empowerment of women and youth. She has over ten years' experience in the non-profit and corporate sectors focusing on women's business and entrepreneurship initiatives, and youth educational programs. Aida has also worked as the Alumni Coordinator for the American Express Leadership Academy.
Previously, she worked as the Middle East Partnership Initiative’s (MEPI) Alumni Local Coordinator for the American Institute for Maghrib Studies (AIMS) in partnership with the U.S. Department of State. Prior to that, she was the Education and Training Officer at Injaz Algeria. She has also held posts with the Middle East and North Africa Businesswomen's Network (MENABWN) in conjunction with Vital Voices Global Partnership, Alwane -Algeria with Women Campaign International, and the Algeria Model United Nations conference.
Aida has an MBA in Gestion des Entreprises (Business Management) from the Paris School of Business (formerly ESG Paris), and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM). Her hobbies include yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and she has incorporated these themes into her professional involvement in the Peace In Peace Out (PIPO) campaign.
