After 15 years of experience in the Payments Sector, Ana Lucia left the corporate world looking for an intellectually challenging role in which she could make a real and direct contribution to decreasing the social issues faced in Brazil: poverty, low quality education, gender inequality etc. She is the founder of a social enterprise called Mudita Móveis that sells cost-effective sustainable furniture to the low income segment.
She has worked for leading companies in Brazil as Cielo, Banco Itaú and Visa in different areas such as Trade Marketing, Products Development and Business Strategy, and earned an International MBA in a top-ten Business School in Europe. In the past 8 years she has held senior management positions working with client/partner companies such as Elo, Alelo and Bradesco. These roles allowed her to develop a variety of skills around people management, systemic view, business strategy and performance evaluation.
