Andrea Klaczko

Global Program Manager

"How do we generate innovative learning experiences for adults?"

This question has been feeding Andrea’s thoughts for the past decade. As a journalist, she figured out early in her career that communication tools are potent allies to creating better learning processes. In other words, she believes that the learning path will be more effective when instructors deeply know their students, speak their language, and discover what motivates them.

Andrea has solid experience designing, developing, and evaluating learning processes for diverse audiences within the private sector. She is proud of having participated in unique learning experiences, such as training the catering staff working for athletes during the World Cup in Brazil in 2014. She is also glad to have trained more than 3,000 workers on their factory duties at the largest brewery in Latin America and for leading the screenwriters’ team of the very first medical and educational web series ever created.

Since 2022, she has been part of Amani Institutes's global team, in which she nurtures her passion for helping people to self-develop through education. Andrea believes combining in-person and digital learning experiences through student-centered approaches is the future of education. She is honored to have the challenge of building this future with (and for) changemakers, especially in Amani Institute, where she had a chance to participate in two courses: Social Innovation Management Post Graduation and ILC in Egypt.

Andrea loves reading books, cooking while listening to podcasts, dancing to loud music, and is passionate about traveling and meeting new people.
