Arindam’s career goal is to help a product idea develop into a viable business, eventually growing the same into a brand. This journey of idea to business to brand development is a systematic process which he believes many social enterprises can take the help of, in order to build a meaningful organization. His career goal led him to Rise Legs which is a medical tech device organisation that develops technologically superior yet affordable mobility devices aimed at people affected by amputation (prosthesis) or polio (orthosis). The long term goal of the organization is to service India as well as disabled people from developing countries. His current designation is Senior Manager – business development. Prior to making this transition to the social impact sector, Arindam worked for over 11 years in the private sector with roles in marketing, communications, and advertising.
Arindam is from Pondicherry, India and he is currently based in Bangalore, India. He speaks and understands English and French fluently and is passionate about sports and fitness. Having grown up in Pondicherry and studied in an international French school (where people from all over the world come to study), Arindam has developed a global mindset which he intends to nurture.
