Beatriz is a mother of two little boys and is coming from a 17 year long career in logistics for multinational companies. She has a natural ability to develop people's skills and careers. The passion driving her work as well as her life is to go beyond helping and mentor people as they develop their stories.
After becoming an Amani Institute Social Innovation Management Fellow, Beatriz transitioned from a successful career in the private sector to following her passion in education. She is now doing institutional development for Instituto Fazenda História in São Paulo, Brazil.
