Bia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from Santa Marcelina University and a specialization in Fashion Design and Pattern Cutting from Esmod Paris. Her work experiences in a wide range of activities like fashion design and product development have allowed her to connect with many different sectors and points of view. After four years of experience in the Fashion Industry, she decided it was time to explore product development in a new way. She believes that design is a powerful tool to promote social change and sustainable development. During her former studies, Bia learned about human behavior toward consumption. Her lessons point to further reflection about the way fashion and society work together. In this new professional and academic path, Bia’s purpose is to align her previous interests with social innovation. Bia also loves to spend time with her family (dogs included of course), being around nature, drawing, and reading.
