Cam Nguyen in the first year of the university, took part in a volunteer program in which she realized for earning a living, many people ended up hurting themselves because of unsafe bomb disposal. After that, she worked with many groups taking actions on supporting the community and protecting the environment. Cam has worked in an Organic Foods company since 2010 because she wants to spend most of her time to improve three things: the Vietnamese farmer's living standard, natural environment and people's health condition.
She got to know about Whole Foods Market and was inspired by books such as "Conscious Capitalism" by John Mackey. She fully sympathizes with the 6-wins business philosophy, that she considers it is the balance of benefits of employees, customers, investors, suppliers, environment and community. Cam future plans include building a company inspired by these values within the next 10 years.
She joined Amani to help her fully explore her passion to improve three things: the Vietnamese farmer's living standard, natural environment and people's health condition and because she wants to live in a world where everyone can reach their true potential and share it with others.
