Camila grew up with two role models: her father, an entrepreneur, and her mother, a teacher. Because of this, Entrepreneurship and Education became her passions. While she was studying Business Administration on College, Camila joined AIESEC. Through AIESEC, she traveled the world to understand more about youth leadership development - its strength and capacity to transform complex and controversial realities.
In 2016 Camila joined Estudar Foundation and put together her three passions: Entrepreneurship, Education and Leadership Development. In her work, she helps young people to find their career paths that are aligned with their talents and purpose. Recently, she decided to embark on an even deeper journey and studies of self-knowledge and social innovation.
