Carla is from São Paulo, Brazil. She studied Public Relations at Casper Libero College in Brazil, and worked for the past 10 years with Customer Experience and more recently as Digital Content at Expedia Group. At Expedia Group, she has assumed leadership of the Volunteers Team, a group created to engage employees that aspire to contribute to society through social activities and donations to many institutes in the company’s region. Since 2016, she has also been a proud English "Volunteacher" in Cidadao Pro Mundo, an organization where she teaches English in poor communities around São Paulo. These opportunities gave her the passion to work with people, learn each other’s cultures and become a changemaker.
