Social Innovation Consultant and Human Development Facilitator
He was one of the first persons in Brazil to adopt Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking and Theory U. He co-created the São Paulo School of Dialogue (2008). He is also former partner in Grupo Tellus – Public Services Design Agency where he developed the innovation methodology (2011) and a former member of the design team for ELIAS Brazil – Emerging Leaders Innovate Across Sectors –, for systemic leadership development and Theory U programme from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
Has a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil) and is a Biopsychologist from Instituto Visão Futuro. He is currently participating in the Artists of the Invisible Programme from Allan Kaplan in Goethean phenomenology approach for social development. Self-taught, Cesar concentrates his studies in human development and spirituality.
