Henrique Vedana is dedicated to the dissemination of new leadership and group mediation practices, attitudes and skills, in times of accelerated change; He graduated from the Kaospilot, world-renowned Leadership, Creativity and Entrepreneurship School based in Denmark; Henrique has facilitated, over the past 12 years, collaboration and innovation processes in more than 100 organizations, large and small, all over Brazil; He has also trained more than 5,000 people in leadership, group facilitation and collaborative methodologies; He is a faculty member at Amani Institute and THNK School of Creative Leadership.
