Jane Annette is a very curious and resourceful individual with an innate passion for learning, personal development and growth. Her aspiration is to witness individuals discover their full potential, while developing into their real identities and walking in purpose, authentically. She is also passionate about helping organizations to grow into their fullest potential, by utilizing the invaluable skills and experience she has acquired over the years to help them eliminate resource wastage, while at the same time increasing efficiency by maximizing on what's available to them.

She does all this through adult training and facilitation, coaching, mentorship, consultancy, research, curriculum development, team building interventions, among other ways. Additionally, she is an awesome MC and moderator, and can bring the right energy into a room, leading to enlightening sessions. She is also a foodie, with a serious love for food - yummy food. She particularly enjoys training people on how to cook and bake tantalizing dishes.

Jane Annette has a BSc. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Kenyatta University and is currently undertaking a MSc. in Management and Organizational Development at USIU - Africa. She also has certifications in training of trainers (ToT), coaching, leadership, entrepreneurship, project management, business development, curriculum development, among others. She has more than 10 years' experience in different industries, ranging from the Hospitality, Airline, Food, SME and Social Impact sectors. She has first hand experience in administration, customer experience, partnership development and management, entrepreneurship, relationship management, project management, operations management, and program management, to mention but a few.

Previously, she worked in Sinapis, where she took part in empowering entrepreneurs to start and grow sustainable businesses that leave a lasting impact. She also headed the Operations and Administration Department at The Kairo Project, where she was in charge of creating and enforcing workable systems that ensured overall organizational success. At Amani Institute, she manages training programs, while empowering people and organizations through training, facilitation and coaching.

She loves people, processes and innovative ideas that bring positive change in the world. She also empowers the youth to explore and develop their potential through mentorship, coaching and training. During her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new interests deeply. Her personal mantra is: When you stop learning, you stop growing.
