From a small city with 14 000 inhabitants, called Tupi Paulista, Juliana moved to São Paulo so that she could study business. Being the curious person Juliana is, she quickly found herself working on projects focused on innovation and technology. Her career journey took her to private, public, and social sector organizations with an emphasis on social inequality and diversity management projects, mainly centering on gender issues.
Juiliana has now graduated with a Master in Business Innovation and the Amani Institute Social Innovation Management postgraduate course. She facilitates Non-Violent Communication, U theory, Entrepreneurship, and Cultural Transformation workshops.
Always being up to adventure and loving feeling free, Juliana currently lives in Amazonas. She is a Gender Consultant at Fundação Amazônia Sustentável and a Social Entrepreneur at Rebbú, which aims to bring visibility to people from Amazonia.
