Kabale drives organizations to improve their commercial value by helping them become more sustainable and purposeful. She is currently the Sustainability Assistant at CPF Financial services, a pension, property, insurance, and technology provider.
Before CPF, Kabale was a Social Innovation Management Fellow at Amani Institute. Her expertise spans CSR/sustainability strategy, shared value, corporate governance, sustainable procurement, carbon/energy productivity, and circular economy.
Kabale is passionate about capacity building on sustainability in Kenya and across sub-Saharan Africa. Kabale loves spending time with her family, traveling the world, playing table tennis, and being creative outside of sustainability.
