With a passion for social innovation, Kavya Tadakaluri studied Computer Science Engineering at the Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology, Chennai while working at AIESEC for 3.5 years. She also co-founded a startup called the Inner Goddess Academy - a leadership development platform specially designed for women, worked as the City Head for a student-run media house called ‘The PULP’ and did Research and Development for the Social Responsibility Portfolio for the global leadership organization YPO South Asia region.
Since then, she has worked at digital advertising agencies and in the consumer goods sector. However, while doing all the above she found her true passion in social work, in particular gender rights, education, and environmental protection.
At Amani Institute, she aims to gain the knowledge and experience to create a foundation that addresses and builds awareness around these topics.
