Maria Eugenia Clemente

Maria Eugenia lives in São Paulo, Brazil, and currently works as a marketing manager at a furniture design company called ETEL. The company engages in sustainability while also safeguarding and perpetuating the history of Brazilian design. Maria graduated with a degree in fine arts, and three years ago she created an Instagram account called Gerófa (aka @ge.rofa), in order to share her enthusiasm for using arts and technology as a means to refine our human qualities.

Maria is an Amani Fellow because she is looking for an opportunity to structure an art program or experience outside the digital world, and consequently create a community of changemakers.
