Flor is passionate about unleashing changemakers' superpowers to reframe problems into solutions and move from idea to action as well as unleashing young people’s creativity and innovation to become the next generation of change-makers (while having fun in the process).

She drives Social Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, and Youth Empowerment by leading, designing, and facilitating innovation labs as well as programs, incubators, accelerators, hands-on learning experiences, and collaborative ecosystems building.

Flor was born in Argentina and is now based in Spain. She is excited to connect and collaborate with LATAM and European Social Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Education ecosystems to enable change together.
