Maureen has over twenty years of health sector experience in both the private and public sectors in East Africa with expertise in health systems, quality management and pro-poor service delivery models. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Institute of Health Policy Management & Research, (IHPMR). Prior to establishing IHPMR, Maureen worked as an independent consultant for a number of organizations including the German Technical Corporation (GTZ), the Kenyan Ministry of Medical Services, the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation in various assignments including research and training. Maureen has a special interest in maternal health.
