Pedro was born in Belo Horizonte, the capital of Minas Gerais and one of the main cities in the Southeast of Brazil. After his graduation from Universidade FUMEC as a psychologist, he felt a strong need to be closer to other human beings to learn from them, listen, understands their history and - whenever possible - help them. He also graduated as a Specialist in Psychoanalysis in Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and worked in Belo Horizonte for seven years. Most of his career has been directed towards helping patients with mental disorders to regain their space and confidence to be reintegrated in the social environment. Through travels around the world and his life in Brazil, he has observed the urgent need in society to find new ways of dealing with the inequalities and several problems regarding the environment.
Joining Amani, he looks forward to gaining practical and strong tools to become a social influencer and create positive changes around the world as a professional.
