Program Director (Kenya)
An East-Southern African, a father and a husband. Born and raised in Maun, Botswana, Peter is passionate about developing talent – especially the future leaders of Africa. While pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Peter engaged heavily in AIESEC, becoming AIESEC Botswana’s National President, and then Corporate Partnership Manager for AIESEC International Congress 2011 in Kenya. He founded the Tswanalizing East Africa project that has since created over 80 cultural exchanges between Botswana and 4 East African countries.
During these years of exploration, he gained a focused interested in leadership development through training, mentorship and coaching. This passion flowed through into JCI where he was the National Director of Training in 2013. Since joining Amani Institute in early 2014, he has developed a passion for Social Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship.
When he is not at his desk or playing with his son, he is forever telling stories, experimenting in the kitchen, or working on farming projects.
