Pratiksha Jawanjale is a Consultant at Sattva Consulting in the Corporate Advisory vertical. She is a former Gandhi Fellow and also an alumna of Amani Institute. Over the last four years, Pratiksha has been instrumental in supporting social organisations scale their impact.
She is deeply passionate and committed to creating lasting social impact on the ground. She has led complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment and has an experience of working with teams across levels and functions including direct experience of working with senior and CXO level leaders.
She works on forging valuable partnerships with diverse stakeholders within the development ecosystem. To this end she has worked with 25+ non-profit partner organisations in the field of education, healthcare, environment, drug rehabilitation, disaster management and livelihoods.
She is a Mechanical Engineer by training and a development sector professional by choice.
