Siddharth Pandit

Project Director, CLOP - Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (JPAL)

Siddharth Pandit is the Project Director of the C-LOP (Creating Learning Opportunities for Public Officials in India) program at J-PAL South Asia.  He is leading a team working with the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation contributing to building, through technology, a global coalition of high-quality training partners and connecting them to the demand for training (online, classroom and blended) in the government ecosystem. 

Previously, Siddharth worked at the National Institute of Urban Affairs, New Delhi where he led the 100 Million Euro CITIIS(City Investments to Innovate, Integrate and Sustain) program to drive investments in education, housing, transportation, and e-Governance. 

He has a background in technology, data, and public policy with graduate education in Computer Science and Geography from University of Albany, and in urban planning from NYU Wagner School of Public Policy. Siddharth's vision for being at Amani Institute is to continue harnessing the power of collective vision to solve complex problems related to better public service delivery.
