Tinna is an anthropologist and a behavioral economist. She founded Move the Elephant and co-Founded the global community Inclusion Nudges. Tinna also works with the World Economic Forum. She was formerly Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Collaboration in Arla Foods (2010-15). She has extensive experience with leadership development, leveraging team potential towards high-performance, and cultural, behavioral and systemic change in organizations.
