We envision a world where people go to work to create impact.

Our approach to learning prioritizes experiential, practical, reflective, group work over academic approaches.

Over half of all jobs aim to become impact-centered, with 10% already meeting impact criteria. The non-profit and social enterprise sector have grown significantly, and people increasingly seek purpose in their work. We must overcome the existing barriers by catalyzing professionals and organizations to grow impact work.

Our People

Our Program Design Principles

Co-creation with Clients

After a thorough learning needs analysis, we design the right interventions that deliver the results that matter most to you.

Leadership Across Levels

Any program we design strives to create value for the organization and the people in it. It is not an either/or. We place a strong emphasis on improving the real-world performance of the participants and the organization.

Fun & Engaging Environment

Our commitment to lifelong learning is followed closely by our obsession with making our programs fun and engaging – especially in the current virtual and hybrid contexts.

Emerging Markets Perspective

While bringing eye-opening insights from emerging markets, our faculty are also experienced impact practitioners who bring practical examples to every single training.

Real-World Application

Because learning only creates value when applied, any effective training requires practice and reflection. We focus on experiential methods, to make sure the learning sticks.
