John Hardman

Founder, Regenerative Organizations

Personal Vision: Bringing people together to grow prosperity, build community, and enhance the health of all species for all time.

John specializes in regenerative leadership education and coaching, and the facilitation of the shift of organizations toward regenerative practice in business, community, and education. He is the founder of Regenerative Organizations, a process consulting firm that provides in-house and online coaching and training services to sustainability change agents and their teams. He teaches Regenerative Leadership for Sustainable Development through the Executive Education Center of the U.N. University for Peace (UPEACE), in Costa Rica. Complementing this work, John is a licensed facilitator of the AtKisson Group’s VISIS Accelerator for sustainability strategic planning. He is also licensed as a sustainability business professional in S-CORE (Sustainability – Competency, Opportunity & Rating Evaluation), and he has undergone further training in Sustainable Community Development with the Homes and Communities Academy, UK.

In addition to his full-time commitment with the Department of Educational Leadership & Research Methodology in the College of Education at Florida Atlantic University, John created and taught courses in Sustainability Leadership for Entrepreneurs in the College of Business’ MBA program, and the College of Engineering Honors Program. This work has now been embedded in a new Master’s Degree in Adult and Community Education for Sustainability (ACE-S).

Prior to coming to the United States to pursue doctoral studies and work in the field of sustainability and leadership, John was a teacher and head of independent international schools in South America for twenty years.
