June is from Kenya and holds a Bachelor's of Commerce - Marketing from Strathmore University and a Diploma in Project Management from Kenya Institute of Management. Previously, she has worked at KCB Foundation, Institute of Small Business Initiatives @ Strathmore Business School, and at Institute for Certified Investment and Financial Analysts in a Marketing and Business Development capacity.
Her vision is to formulate or lobby for lasting social policy that is inclusive and diverse, in order to reflect the desires of the poor and vulnerable communities in her immediate society. June is an Amani Fellow because she feels the core values of Amani Institute align with her vision to make a positive social impact on vulnerable communities across the globe.
