Since a young age, Isabel has cultivated a passion for finding solutions to complex problems. In 2007, she founded Third Millennium Alliance to protect and restore the last remnants of the Pacific forests on the coast of Ecuador. In 2015, she founded Lugar Sostenible, a social organization that works in Sao Paulo and globally, designing social impact solutions to accelerate a sustainable future.
Isabel holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She has more than 15 years of experience working to address social and environmental problems, helping organizations, companies, artists and leaders in Latin America and the United States. She specializes in facilitation techniques using theatre, body awareness and experiential learning tools as elements to catalyze systemic, participatory and conscious change. In 2019, in partnership with Amani Institute, Isabel co-founded Mosaico Ecuador, an educational organization that promotes experiential learning for professionals, businesses and organizations who want to create social innovation and sustainable impact.
