Noeline Kirabo

Founder and Executive Director, Kyusa

Noeline is a passion-driven social entrepreneur from Uganda with over fifteen years’ work experience in the nonprofit sector, eight years of active practice as a counseling psychologist, and six years’ experience as a personal and business development consultant. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Kyusa, an organization that restores hope and dignity to vulnerable youth through livelihood development by empowering them to turn their passion into profitable, sustainable businesses. She is also the Co-Founder of Newen Consults, a personal and business development consulting firm. 

She has given TED Talks about the approach of turning passion into profitable professions. She is a published author, international speaker, life coach, and certified trainer. She won the Rotary Vocational Service Award in 2019 from  Rotary Uganda and the Dewey Winburne Community Service Award in 2014 from South By South West (SXSW) in Austin, Texas.
