Regina is a Brazilian black young lady who lives in São Paulo. She is a pedagogue and is currently pursuing a second diploma in social work.
Surrounded by families trying to hustle their ways out of poverty and overcome social inequalities, Regina was driven to commit herself towards social justice from the age of eighteen. Ever since, she has been working on social projects targeted at vulnerable communities. Regina has previously worked at a Brazilian NGO with international operations. As a result of her social work, she envisions the youth of Brazil creating ways to promote local development in their vulnerable communities.
Regina believes that with the right empathy and internal skillsets, people can work towards reducing poverty and improving social protection in their communities.
