Sandra is a citizen of the world who currently resides in the green city of Nairobi. She has worked in the financial services industry for just under 15 years and is looking to pivot in the social impact space. Her destination is not crystal clear but she is enjoying the learning and the bravery that comes out of the self-exploratory journey.
Sandra is a graduate of Strathmore University where she honed her leadership skills in AIESEC as one of the founding members in the university chapter and the marketing club of the school. Amani’s diversity and global reach drew her to want to learn, unlearn and relearn the tenets that will propel her in the journey, together with other fellows and the alumni network. Sandra is passionate about tackling problems in the food and agriculture ecosystem in Kenya. Sandra believes that the change-making adventure requires courage, an aptitude for learning, and a global mindset – all of which Amani is known for.
