Mindful Leadership
Course Description
A practical, effective series of mindfulness practices and techniques for leaders. Effective social leadership requires particular capacities and skills- some of which can be learned and some of which can be cultivated. Using insights from neuroscience, management and leadership studies, together with evidence-based mindfulness practices, this course offers methods for cultivating our innate capacities to sustain focus, collaborate, empathize, communicate effectively, think creatively and remain balanced under pressure. In a rapidly evolving, fast-paced and interconnected world, leadership is becoming more complex. Participants will complete this course with a toolbox to deal successfully with this complexity, achieve their desired impact, and maintain their personal resilience along the way.
