“The new leader is a facilitator, not an order giver.” – John Naisbitt
In times of complex social challenges, tough decisions and even in times of chaos the required leadership is changing. Instead of order givers we need facilitators; people who know how to engage, to include, to empower and how to create ownership, through trust, self-awareness and empathy.
This course takes participants through the three different aspects of leadership: leading self, leading others and leading processes. Participants will become more aware of themselves, as well as their leadership and facilitation styles and identify which skills they’d like to improve and which attitudes and knowledge they’d like to expand, by setting goals and challenges. To start leading others, participants will learn about group dynamics and about how to contribute in a positive way hese dynamics, the group process and the learning environment.
